Device/Scanner to scan the QR code
We don't need to use special device to scan the tag,mobile phone or PDA is enough.
At gas cylinder filing station:ATEX Explosion proof type PDA is necessary,because it is a hazardous area.
Other area,such as cylinder delivery,use mobile phone is ok.
PDA and mobile phone should be used under 4G or Wifi environment for update the cylinder's information to Cloud server.
